Those cool moving lines in the Vid!
Mar. 6th, 2009 11:13 amAfter thinking about the vid we watched last night (spacing out on name, title), but it's the one with the cool moving lines, I don't think that the work was done in a linguistics marking program.
Instead, I think it was done in Photoshop or Paintshop or one of those programs where you can freehand draw lines and other cool stuff. I spent about five minutes noodling around in my program (Paint Shop 8), and while I am not very good at it (having spent most of my PSP time making icons!), here are some samples of what I could do very quickly. You could prepare a series of 'slides' and then screen capture them or upload them or whatever works best to get that effect of the moving text joined by lines (or other shapes!).
